Lumber is one of the core resources, it is mainly used for constructing and upgrading buildings. Maintaining strong lumber production is essential for expanding your city and unlocking higher-level structures.

Lumberjacks house

• Can be created within your city
• One of the main resources needed for constructing and upgrading buildings
• Upgrading a Lumberjack House requires stone and iron
• The amount of lumber it produces depends on its level, any active production bonuses, and relevant research upgrades that boost resource output

Sawmill

• Can be built outside your city on an empty tile once your Capital reaches level 10
• Always place your sawmill on a tile with the highest possible bonus for boards and lumber production
• After building the sawmill, send an army to gather the produced resources
• Other players can capture your sawmill if it’s left undefended or if they defeat the army you have stationed there
• You can capture an unoccupied sawmill, but keep in mind it isn’t officially yours, so enemies might attack once they discover this
